How can you limit the summer holiday weight gain?


It’s not easy is it. Holidays, afterall, are a time to relax and chill out. For a lot of people that means not having to cook and not have to worry about staying on a food plan or even exercising.


The problem is some people go so far the other way that they heap on the weight and find it so hard to get back at it when they come back.
