Guilt Free Ice Cream

So who has heard of ‘Guilt Free’ and ‘Ice Cream’ in the same sentence??  Well this is a recipe which will kill all those cravings for ice cream and is so good your children will love it too!  Change around your flavours to suit your taste, keep the bananas in each recipe and substitute the strawberries with peanut butter/85% dark choc chips/vanilla bean etc.  Simple, nutritious, sugar free and delicious… don’t wait for the sun to shine to treat yourself!!

 

“Guilt Free” Ice Cream

 

INGREDIENTS

3 bananas, cut in coins and frozen

12 strawberries, frozen

½ cup milk of choice

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

METHOD

Cut bananas into coins and place in freezer in a sealable bag. Freeze overnight or until solid.

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Pour contents into a loaf or small pan.

Freeze one hour or until solid.

Enjoy!
