4 Different, Delicious Smoothies – Quick and Easy to make

Spring Rainbow Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup oat flakes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water or juice or more
  • juice of 1 orange
  • cinnamon
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 cup red berries
  • sweeten to taste
  • ice cubes optional

 

strawberry banana-mango lave flow

  • 4-5 large strawberries, cored
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 champagne mango
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Gingery Berry and Oat Smoothie

  • ¼cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½cup frozen blueberries
  • ½cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • ½cup ice
  • 2tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼to ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

 

Kale Smoothie With Pineapple and Banana

  • ½cup coconut milk
  • 2cups stemmed and chopped kale or spinach
  • cups chopped pineapple (about ¼ medium pineapple)
  • 1ripe banana, chopped

 

Directions:

Choose your smoothie and mix all ingredients together in a blender. If using oats always mix oats with liquid then add fruit/nuts etc….
