How to do the Seated Shoulder Press

The seated seated shoulder press is a great compound exercise to focus mainly on the shoulders as a primary joint.

It specifically works the medial deltoid muscles and also the triceps as a secondary muscle (these are located at the back of the upper arm a.k.a. The Bingo Wings).
