Core Workouts with Steph| 365 Workouts

Today we look at some high intensity exercises to speed up your fat loss results and we focus on more core exercises in this video. We are using a 365 method. How this is works is relatively straight forward. You complete 3 rounds of the 2 exercises described in the video, 6 reps on one exercise and 5 reps of the other ie. 365. 3 rounds = 1 set. You must complete 3 sets (or 9 rounds)
