What does the SlimBelly Programme involve?
The Slim Belly programme comprises 3 exercise sessions in the gym per week for 4 weeks. The sessions are carried out on a choice of Cardio machine for a period of 30-40 minutes while wearing the Airpressure Belt.
The user is weighed and measured at the beginning, middle and end of the 4 weeks to provide a comprehensive tracking of measurements. The user also receives a nutritional diary that helps them keep track of their nutrition and exercise habits over the course of the 4 weeks which is assessed by the trainers during the programme.
How Does it work?
People find it very difficult to lose fat in the stomach area because there is very poor circulation there in general and it is even worse when fat is present so it is a double whammy. So we need to improve the circulation.
When a Slim Belly user goes onto the Cardio equipment, they attach two small air hoses into the front of the belt by way of two valves, as in the image above or below.
These hoses are attached to a small air pump which is tied to the piece of cardio. This pump blows air into the belt which gently compresses the stomach, much like a massaging effect. This is repeated throughout the session with air being let in and out. This constant “massaging” is like a suction effect which basically draws blood into the stomach, improves the circulation and gets the fat out of there.
During the Slim Belly program the user is working out at a particular heart rate. This heart rate is in the fat burning zone and because they are in the fat burning zone, the fat shifted by the belt will be used up as energy.
Can anyone use it?
