WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE YOU WANTED/NEEDED TO START A PROGRAM? 

As I approached my 71st year, I realised how unfit & overweight I had become & I needed to do something about it. The professional way my assessment was conducted left me with no choice but to sign up for the program. 

WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU ACHIEVED SINCE STARTING THE PROGRAM? 

Less than 3 months into the program, I have lost 2 inches around my waist and 8lbs in weight. I have added 15 to 20 meters on my golf shots. By keeping a food diary, my diet has also improved.
