Small Group Personal Training involves training in a group of a maximum of 6 clients to one trainer. The reason we keep it this small is it allows us to individualise your program based on what your goals are and what your current fitness levels are but still give you the motivation and support of other clients in that friendly, sociable atmosphere ideal for getting great results
You get Free Gym access throughout the duration of your program and we even develop another gym program that you can follow on your days off.
We also support your training with food plans, food diaries reviewed at every session and activity logs.
We also have great flexibility on our booking system which you will also have access to so you can book yourself in or change a session to suit a busy schedule.
