John Meaney – Ozone Group Personal Training Client of the month What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program? I was putting on extra weight year on year and every other method I tried failed. Also, as time went by I became less comfortable with my quality of life and the way that being so unfit caused it to deteriorate more and more. What results have you achieved since starting the program? My lifestyle has changed from being a completely sedentary, in active one to one where I have regained physical strength, reduced weight markedly and ended up completing the ring of Kerry cycle with only 10 weeks training from Tess & Terry What do you like best about our program/having a trainer? Their degree of expertise, knowledge and commitment to the clients means that I have achieved more in two weeks with them than I previously did in two months myself. Tess is extremely proficient at her job and helps Ozone clients to achieve their goals in a way that is rewarding and fun! I cannot complement Tess highly enough. I don’t know how she manages each session of four people so well. She really ensures that everyone maximises their time and that they do things correctly but still enjoy it. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program? I was so unfit and lacking motivation that I was quite sceptical of anything ever helping me get fit again, but I went to one session and a chat with Mike and was hooked.
