So how do you get the most from your chosen exercise class:

Firstly make sure you chose the right class. Ask yourself what your goals are;

Prepare to work hard in our exercise classes. If you are expecting an easy time and easy results, think again. You push yourself to your limit, everybodys limit is different but you can all reach that limit in any class. We cater for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness training.
