Bootcamp uses Military Style Fitness Techniques encouraging you to reach your limits! This class involves a combination of interactive, motivating circuits, all over body exercises, running and motivational games… the best way to get fit, stay fit and most importantly have fun at the same time! Do I have to be fit to join? It is not necessary to be extremely fit to join, however it helps if you have a basic level of fitness. If you can walk for an hour at a good pace, a few times a week, then this class is for you.
B.T.T (Bums, Tums and Thighs)
Is the ultimate conditioning class for those stubborn problem areas. Tighten up your butt, get some sexy definition on those legs and flatten that stomach.
AB Attack
A quick half hour class designed to pound those abs, attacking them from every direction.
