When we desided to Launch a New health and Fitness Facility in Ennis, we did the following.

We sat down and listed what it was that annoyed us about our times spent in other facilities. We co-ordinated the information and found that the five following things were listed by each person in the group.

1. Not Enough Space

2. Lack of Cleanliness

3. Lack of assistance and friendly professional advice.

4. Lack of investment by operator in updating facility.

5. Service.. i.e Opening Hours/Price/ Add on facilities/ Treatments available/ Saunas.

This is How we addressed this.
