<p>We sat down and listed what it was  that annoyed us about our times spent in other facilities. We co-ordinated the information and found that the five following things were listed by each person in the group.</p>
<p>1. Not Enough Space</p>
<p>2. Lack of Cleanliness</p>
<p>3. Lack of assistance and friendly professional advice.</p>
<p>4. Lack of investment by operator in updating facility.</p>
<p>5. Service.. i.e Opening Hours/Price/ Add on facilities/ Treatments available/ Saunas.</p>
<p>This is How we addressed this.</p>
<p>We opened the biggest facility in the county, we keep it spotlessly clean,we hired only the most personable professional staff, we invested a fortune in the latest state of the art equipment and in our first year we have updated this consistantly to match current trends, we open longer hours than our competitors, we are the lowest cost facility around and we have a range of add on treatments at heavily discounted rates&#8230;.. simple really&#8230; shhh dont tell anyone!</p>
